Who We Are

Based in Olean, New York, Randy's Fireside is a family-owned and operated restaurant with a rustic lodge aesthetic completed by a real wood-burning fireplace. We are open daily from 11 AM to 2 AM as well as on most holidays.

Our History

Starting Out as a Bar

Fireside was initially established as a bar by its previous owners years ago. Back then, it was a popular weekend hangout spot due to the live music performances there.

How It Became a Special Place
for Randy

The current owner, Randy Korkowicz, was actually a patron of the old Fireside establishment. It was there that he enjoyed Saturday nights with friends. He even had his first kiss with his future wife, Debbie, in that bar.

Fireside Throughout the Years

After many owner changes and renaming attempts, Fireside was converted into a more food-serving establishment rather than a bar.

The Fateful Purchase

In 2012, Randy and his wife, Debbie, were already planning to expand their business when they learned their old hangout place was for sale. They were quick to purchase the establishment and bring back the Fireside name.

Get To Know Our Owner

Before purchasing Fireside, Randy Korkowicz had already made a name for himself in the food industry as a successful restauranteur.

His first business, Randy's Up the River, is currently a favored food hotspot in Allegany, New York. Many people from the local area and St. Bonaventure University community flock to his restaurant for great food and a good time.
